If by "1960's plan" you mean the one on geocities, then I think that is
definitely from the time the Victoria Line was built. I recognise the style
as contemporary to then.


IIRC I scanned it and similar images about 15 years ago from a
long-out-of-print book called "Constructing the Victoria Line" which I
presumably still have somewhere.
