The 91 is the last bus that should be turning other than at an

As somebody else has said, that incident didn't in fact involve a 91.

From Crouch End to Holloway the side roads are indeed very narrow and
it's difficult to see where a bus could be turned short of the
terminus. However from Holloway further in there are quite a few
places where a 91 could turn round the block, without leaving roads
which are served by double-deck buses in normal service.
