Default Why are no buses stopping at Paddington?

As we all know the Bakerloo Line isn't stopping at Paddington Station. And now due to the road works in Praed Street buses were not stopping at Paddington either. Indeed the bus drivers (23, 27, 205, etc.) appear to be all refusing to stop anywhere near Paddington Station and are running non-stop between the Edgware Road end of Sussex Gardens right through to the FAR end of Eastbourne Terrace. No warning announcements are given at Sussex Gardens, the drivers don't even play the "this bus is on diversion," etc., and they certainly don't use the p.a. system. The next thing a passenger knows it that Paddington has been completely bypassed and the next stop is at the farthest end of Eastbourne Terrace. This then entails carrying luggage etc. all the way back to Praed Street and then past the Hilton Hotel - at least a mile. Not good. But who to complain to? No-one cares anyway. CJB
