I don't think you will need to collect top ups at all. Every
transaction is reconciled in the back office system at the end of the
day so if you order something it will be reflected then but obviously
in the sequence of use during the day. If you topped up at 1000
having got a negative balance at 0950 then the processing would have
to reflect that. Does raise an interesting thought as to how you
*know* you need to top up if the value isn't held on the card? Hmm
need to think about that one.


Why has the next day collection now gone out to the day after next? I tried
getting an online top-up about 23:30 this evening and it only offers it for
collection on 3rd August!
