Frustratingly, there is a plan of the scheme in the article but it's

Thanks. So this joins up at Stonecutter Street with CS6 under construction.
That has a two way cycleway on the west side of Farringdon Street while this
extension from there to St Pancras has with-flow cycleways both sides of
Farringdon Street. How do they join up? No indications of junction works,
signals etc.
