I tend to agree. With the powers now given to scotland, wales and NI, a
federal type system with a gov. for england as well is the only fair way to
proceed. As usual governments listened to the squeeling minorities and worried
about their rights and representations, and to hell with the majority - ie the
50m people who live in england.
