Both Livingstone and Crowe are talking tough at the moment, but that may of
course be the prelude to a cave-in by one or both on Monday...
I would have thought that Livingstone would be fairly anxious to avoid
significant disruption affecting a major international sporting event
(Wimbledon) just at the moment, as this doesn't do London's Olympic changes
much good.
