Don't know about Winchester, but Watford Gap seems to have a fair
share of Spanish / Portugese assistants in the shop. Do Road Chef have
some sort of Youth employment programme / arrangement in place?

They're always seem extremely helpful and polite - (and that's not
meant to be some sort of patronising comment).
