No.

Most of the Underground is actually above ground.

There are only two lines that are wholly underground, the Victoria line
and the Waterloo & City line - although the former has a depot in the
surface.


And even the latter's depot can see daylight and can be seen from the
surface on the side of Waterloo main line station near The Cut.
