Conversely what would happen to the NR staff who currently get 75% on LUL
services and nothing on the buses? As I understand it, everything is on a
reciprocal arrangement, but with the hiving off of rail services in the
GLA area to the Mayor (an excellent idea IMO) it's an interesting point.

Unfortunately it's not all reciprocal. When Connex ran buses and trains
their bus employees got free Connex rail travel but TfL didn't allow
Connex's rail employees free bus travel. To be honest I wouldn't hold my
breath :-(
