Default HEX and Travel Cards

Rumours have it that the fares between Hayes and Paddington will be as
astonomically high as the Heathrow section already is. This latter is
more expensive per mile that even Concorde used to be - but without
the speed and service.

Some of the diagram paths of the Reading to Paddington and Slough to
Paddington services are apparently to be used by the new 'local' HEX
service from Heathrow to Hayes to Ealing to Paddington. This latter
will be subject to the same high fares, and will also NOT include the
use of Travel Cards.

This means that what will be left of the services for local residents
between Hayes and Paddington will not only be reduced in frequency,
but will be even more over-crowded than they are now - the alternative
being to pay the astonomical fares for HEX. The financial greed of the
BAA and HEX knows no bounds.
