I wouldn't call the addition of the Circle line many trains at all.
;-) Certainly not the sort of number that would warrant changing
levels rather than walking across the platform.
You also get the addition of the Wimbledon trains as well. There are 25.5tph
at South Ken and only 12tph at Barons Court.

Or expressed otherwise, a wait of between 0 and 5 minutes at Baron's
Court (average 2m30) vs one of between 0 and 2m21 (average 1m10) at
South Ken. So you on average gain 1m20 by waiting til South Ken, minus
the time for changing levels. It's probably not worth it.
