I saw something that said a London double-decker could tilt (something like)
30 degrees before tipping over!


I think it is (or was) 28 degrees - with the top loaded alone!

In the old days when L.T. still had Aldenham Works, on an open day, they
allowed passengers to sit on a bus being thus tilted to 28 degrees (a
Routemaster) and it worked!
