Default Bicycle on the tube

Well i read it like this - you are only allowed (during app hrs) to take
your bike on the Piccadilly line Between Barons Court - Hounslow
West/Uxbridge, and Cockfosters to Oakwood ONLY.

They are NOT permitted at ANY time on ANY other part of the line.

Look for example at the Northern you are only allowed to take them on the
open sections and Not even through Hendon tunnel - so get off and cycle 1
stop then re-join your train ;-)

It seems they are totally banned from any of the "deep level" sections,
probaly due to the minimal amount of space in the carriages esp when busy
etc

I think it's more to do with safety issues of having a bike on a train
in a small deep tube tunnel - it causes an obstruction which could be a
problem if the train needs to be evacuated. After all, they're still
allowed on deep tube *trains* - just not in tunnel sections.

Agreed, the wording could be more clearer.

It needs some better punctuation. Maybe I should send them my copy of
"Eats, Shoots & Leaves".
