Thameslink from Mill Hill? This requires a walk down the street at
Kings X, owing to the new Thameslink station there being under
construction.

ITYM 251 to Mill Hill Broadway, then Thameslink.

There's also the 82 bus from Tally Ho to Victoria, which could be quite
fast in the early morning.
