That directly contradicts a report I saw recently in The Times

On the contrary, the Times is correct - but because it has told you only
part of the story, you have drawn the wrong conclusion.

This is way off topic for this newsgroup, so follow-ups to poster (who
was, BTW, an A-level Chief Examiner for many years) please.

This is one of the things i love about utl; if someone gets something
wrong in a technical field, no matter what the field or how unrelated to
transport in London it might be, someone completely expert steps up and
smacks them down^M^M^M gently corrects them.

Contrast this to ull, where if someone gets something right or wrong,
someone completely insane steps up and gently corrects them^M^M^M smacks
them down. Which is one of the things i love about it!
