Default Carnet tickets available in 2005?

survive - there's no mention of them for 2005.

Don't think so. TfL policy for the new fares is to extract more money
from people like tourists who will buy day travelcards; those who may
have bought Carnets will now have to buy standard singles instead. For
irregular zone 1 users like students, Oyster Prepay will be a better
option (and I think a lot of these Carnet users have switched to Prepay
anyway since it was introduced on buses as it's more convenient than
using both Savers and Carnets).
