Its plainly obvious that there is more than 1 of you. Just a quick visit to
somewhere like Kings Cross and you can see lots of you helping people at the
gates.

As for the one liner...i confess it was a silly attempt at humour and i
unreservedly apologise if i've upset you or in fact any other person
involved in the ticketing area. It was not my intention to do so.

Ok..lets be friends....what station do you work at, perhaps I could say
