Default Tube driver with mates in cab question

Its your cab....you can refuse.....More incidents happen because of a
distraction in the cab than for any other reason.

bone of contention here! An off duty Manager with a cab pass - some still
reckon they are always "on duty" -
Therefore if an incident requires it they enter the cab despite all the
refusals in the world from the T/Op who is powerless. Then have you
forgotten the NVQ assessors with the TDLB [Training and Development Lead
Body] D32/33 certification? they can just come in anytime they want to
and
these include some Instructor Operators too!
