I have no idea how quick or slow Capital Transport Publishing are to process
orders, but it would be wrong to conclude anything about how hard to deal
with they are just from amazon.co.uk's "hard to find" label. It could simply
be that the book is not held in stock at a wholesaler from which
amazon.co.uk normally order.

Actually, if you want to by books - any books, not just by "Capital
Transport Publishing", the first place to stop is
http://www.bookbrain.co.uk

This will give you a list of all the Internet outlets from which you can
obtain the book, and list them in price order - including p&p. This can
make a significant difference, and you get books from the oddest sources
- I recently bought a prayer-book from a computer manual specialist.....
but hey, it was delivered in a couple of days!
