While I have encountered a good number of jobsworth, unhelpful or rude
staff on my many travels by public transport (and I'd like to make it
very clear that these are in the minority!), not *once* have I been
sworn at by a member of staff of any transport organisation.

I suspect this may be because I do not swear at them.
