For most tourists, a Zone 1-2 ticket covers their activities:
1 Day Travelcard, which can only be used after 9:30am is GBP4.70;
1 Day Travelcard, which can be used before 9:30am is GBP6.00; and
3 Day Travelcard, which can be used before 9:30am is GBP15.00.

I have an Oyster pre-pay card and when going to top up on a machine at
one of the southern mainline L.T. stations one of the options I was
offered was a three day travel card.

Interesting. They weren't being sold on the Oystercard website last
time I looked - only 7 days and greater.
