The architect's sketches seem to answer what will happen to the parking
spaces ...

(The one that appears to still be there is, I think, the long-standing
disabled bay outside the V&A's disabled entrance).


That's a lot of revenue to lose at £3 an hour. I'm not sure they will
remove the spaces - they're squeezing them into wherever they can at the
moment.
