includes several Indian scripts), BICBW.


You are right. Hebrew script is not used on numberplates. Our plates here
are NN-NNN-NN (except for some old ones that are NNN-NNN or NN-NNN) where
the final group of 2 digits is now an importer suffix.
The SUV was probably a Federation Diplomatic vehicle from the Klingon
Embassy.
