Can anyone suggst the best times, routes, stations etc to catch the
remaining slam-door stock still used by SWT, Southern and SET on the
former BR (Souhern Region) lines?

SWT diagrams are becoming thinner by the week. The Windsor lines became
Desiro-worked at the beginning of December but several of the
Portsmouth/Haslemere diagrams remain CIG/VEP. I haven't got an up-to-date
list of current diagrams but, at the beginning of the year, the following

Several of the above diagrams have probably been lost during Jan/Feb.

South Central diagrams are similarly thinning out as the East Grinstead
diagrams go over to Electrostars, the best time to view SC slam-door stock
is from about 16:00 at London Bridge.

South Eastern Trains diagrams are concentrated on the peak hours now. Again,
from about 16:00 London Bridge comes alive with slammers.
