But, just going back to part of my original post, there is a major
problems with vandalism on buses in south London and the surrounding
areas. Someone needs to get on top of this. IMO, this is a much more
important issue than finding out what the "best" bus route is. I

I don't agree.

We don't live in a perfect world. Millions of pounds of 'public' money
(from the lottery 'tax') is used to pay to keep some second-rate work of
art in this country. Meanwhile the NHS crumbles. Blah, blah, etc, etc.

What's wrong with little light-hearted competition, that might (just
might) cheer-up a few demoralised staff. By scrapping the award, how
much money will TfL save and how will that help?
