LUL published one in 1994. It can be seen on p63 of Mr Beck's
Underground Map

That map was never published. It was produced for internal use
only, as the basis for incorporating the extensions and new lines
then envisaged, e.g. JLE, ELLE, Crossrail, Chelsea-Hackney.

It was published in the book. The OP simply suggested that it would
be difficult to find a tube map with both Southwark and Aldwych on
it. Nothing about it being made available free of charge, on every
LUL station!

Fair enough, but the book is published by Capital Transport Publishing,
not LUL as you had claimed.
