Default Temple & Cannon St weekend opening

Being Section 12 underground stations, they can't
actually be opened without staff.

What's a section twelve station?

Fire safety in underground stations (both TfL and NR)
is covered by the snappily titled Fire Precautions
(Sub Surface Railway Stations) Regulations 1989,
which specifies that 2 or more members of staff
should always be present when an underground
station is open to the public. They are referred
to as the "section 12" regulations because of the
section of the Fire Precautions Act 1971 under
which they were made.
