The 1 hr parking is allowed during the day 10am-4pm according to

sign


Some bus lanes are 0700-1000, so maybe being new they just have not
put the
sign up yet.

Interesting idea to put up the enforcement signs before the signs
explaining what they are enforcing... no wonder traffic wardens, etc.
