AFAIAA, there are no interchange barriers at Euston - however, if the
travelling ticket inspectors are on (rare I know, but not unknown)
you'd be charged a Penalty Fare if caught in Zone 1 without validity.

Were this not the case, you'd be able to travel from one end of a line
to the other on a single-zone ticket or ODTC...
