Nonsense! I wouldn't have to change anything. I've lost, been fired from, or
made redundant from several jobs over my 30+year career and never had to
change the way I live.

I quite agree, but imagine having clients who treated you in just that
manner.

I have a couple. I defer to them, think about the enormous cheques at the
end of the month, bite my lip, and get on with it!

How long do you think it would be before you adopted a similar
outlook and behaviour? (If you say "Never" then I would suggest you are

Never! Which makes me *very* effective at what I do.
