I'd agree. Problem is it all costs money. Whether it would be cheaper to
reduce this crime rather than clear up afterwards is another matter!


Lets just say its the tube. It costs £10million per year to clean - Which
isnt done very well. It would probably break even after a few years and
would make a nicer journey to work plus probably Improving the confidence of
Night travellers and may bring in extra revenues from people who may
normally get the cab.
