That's the old way. What's wrong with a ramp? Or a direct
connection to a tube line at either Waterloo or bank. The rest of
the system is integrated with lines that connect when services are
suspended, what's wrong with bringing the W&C into the 21centry.

How about cost effectiveness? Think about the engineering involved in such a
project (assuming it to be technically possible) and how much it would cost
and then decide if it would be worth spending so much mony for the benefits
that would be gained.
