Considering all the years the Drain has been running why has a ramp
not been built to get trains out to B.R. or since conversion, as it's
92 stock connect it to the nearest tube at Bank or the nearest
underground line at waterloo.


There always was a way out but they built Waterloo International on
top of it.


It was somewhat limited though. There was an Armstrong lift but the
couplings and hoses had to be removed from cars to get them into it.
Craning out from the depot is probably less work.
