two levels - West Ham only got platforms on the NLL in, IIRC, the 1980s,

c2c platforms more recently than that, and now the NLL platforms will,

Highbury &
Islington and Willesden Junction will retain a bilevel existence.

I believe the plan is for two new NLL platforms just to the north of
existing platforms 11 and 12, leaving these free for Lea Valley services
(sure to be increased when Stansted expands).

Correct - trains will terminate at Low Level until these are constructed.
