No, that's the equivilent of a day pass for multiple journeys.
Almost all German municipal transist systems allow:
unlimited changes within a specified time for a single
journey (in a single direction) for the price of single
ticket for the zones traversed.
There is nothing equivilent to this on any UK system that
I know of.
