Does Oystercard web-site tell you this. Only this seems a bit stupid. I
mean how many people have lost applications because they didn't know a
1st class stamp is no longer valid to EU destinations and their letter
weren't delivered? Surely it would make more sense to have a post box in
this country. Or a UK address with mail forwarding facility?
