Cross is a matter of fact. The whereabouts of train 311 is also a
matter of fact. I'd like to know.

Presumably a name you chose for youself.

TfL could have said it was a typo but they didn't. It could
have someone else's typo. Knowing the where 311 was at the time would
resolve the issue.

What issue?
