Default traffic - is it me?

Anyone else notice the north London traffic has suddenly become the same as
before the congestion charge was introduced?

The North Circ never did get any better, and in fact the roads round the
edge of the congestion area will inevitably get busier. I know several
people who now drive miles out of their way to avoid the congestion
charge. All Ken did was empty Westminster and push more traffic onto the
rat runs.

So has Ken reversed the traffic light settings to start his new £10 charge
scheme?

Lets face it the congestion charge was always about Ken raising revenue
for his pets schemes. Now the current scheme isn't giving him enough
money of course he'll look at either raising the charge, or extending
the area covered. He won't be happy until it covers the inside of the
M25 !

Did I mention you can vote the ******* out of office in 2004 ?? :-)
