It seems to me that there are two possible routes
1) King's Cross - High Street Kensington - Southfields
2) King's Cross - Victoria - Southfields

You can also get the Piccadilly Line from Kings Cross to Earls Court and
change there..

Southfields is due to be getting lifts in a year or so..
