Thats a heck of a lot of money for a bit of track remodelling and
platform extensions. Are they going to gold plate the platforms or
something? Does this include the cost of the trains? Can't see
Gordon Brown coughing up that much quite frankly. Thameslink 3000 I

That long? It would explain the £3.5bn bill, I suppose.
