There was a discussion here a few weeks ago about line diagrams that
still show Aldwych.

The ones at some District/Piccadilly stations still show the
interchange at Hammersmith as being with the Metropolitan Line.

No, but that reminds me that there are lots of signs from before the
separation of Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines. Many signs at
station entrances etc from Aldgate East to Barking still show that you
can find the Metropolitan Line there.
