It sounds like you are heading from Docklands-ish to West London-ish - I
would opt for Bond Street unless I particularly fancied sight-seeing by
DLR. Neither interchange is wonderful but Bond Street is the lesser of
two evils - easier to find your way around and probably a bit quicker.
