Hello,
I've got questions for You. Can I do (have) a licence driver, if I
can't do in Polish? (reason is illness)

See http://www.dvla.gov.uk/medical.aspx

You MUST tell the DVLA (licensing authority) about any medical condition which
could affect your driving. Failure to do so is a criminal offence punishable by
a £1000 fine. Your doctor should be able to determine your fitness to drive.
Depending on your fitness, you may have to surrender your license (or fail to
get one).

Illnesses which must be considered include diabetes, heart conditions,
neurological conditions, vision problems, alcohol or drug dependencies,
psychiatric conditions, and spinal injuries.

Medical standards for bus and truck drivers are more strict than for car
drivers.
