TRANSPORTCOLLECTORS' MARKET - SATURDAY 24 MARCH 2007

The London Area of the IRRS runs this popular event, now in its 28th
season, which will be held in Chiswick Town Hall (in west London) from
11.00 - 15.00 on Saturday 24th March 2007. The Hall is easily
accessible by Underground (Chiswick Park or Gunnersbury) or bus. There
will be over 30 sales stands selling all sorts of interesting
transport items. Admission will be £1.50. Do come along - you never
know what gaps in your collection you will fill or what treasures you
will find.

For anyone who is planning to attend the Transport Collectors Market
this coming Saturday at Chiswick Town Hall, please be aware that there
is engineering work affecting the District Line.

From the TfL web site:

DISTRICT LINE: On Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 March, suspended between
West Kensington and Acton Town/Richmond due to planned engineering
works. Piccadilly line trains will call additionally at Ravenscourt
Park, Stamford Brook (westbound only) and Turnham Green throughout the
weekend. Replacement buses operate between Turnham Green and
Gunnersbury, for Silverlink connections to/from Kew Gardens and
Richmond. Customers for Chiswick Park should use Gunnersbury or local
bus services to/from Turnham Green.
