How much is a BOUNDARY ZONE 4 - STANSTED AIRPORT ticket?

FOR 38.00
SOR 24.20
FOS 22.00
CDR 15.00
SOS 14.00

Only slightly cheaper than Tottenham Hale-Stansted Airport. And somehow
the FOR price is more expensive, while the FOS is still slightly cheaper.

I've had a look at

http://www.stanstedexpress.com/websi...ns_of_Rail.pdf

"NATIONAL RAIL CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE", which state:

17. A combination of tickets
You may use two or more tickets to travel on one train journey
as long as together they cover the entire journey and one of
the following applies:-

(a) they are zonal tickets;

(b) the train you are on calls at the station where you change
from one ticket to another; or

(c) one of the tickets is a season ticket, which for this purpose
does not include season tickets or travel passes issued on
behalf of a passenger transport executive or local authority,
and the other ticket(s) is/are not. You must comply with any
restriction of use to a particular Train Company's trains shown
on the tickets (see Condition 10).

The travelcard is obviously zonal, but is the boundary zone 4 - Stansted
Airport zonal? If not, I interpret the above to say that the ticket
combination is not allowed, because Tottenham Hale is in zone 3, and the
Stansted Express only calls at three stations (Liverpool Street, Tottenham
Hale, and Stansted Airport.)

Am I correct?
