I thought there were always stairs for emergency's?

On behalf of those who may need a guide dog and whose visual impairment
might mean that they cannot read that bollox, being blind/ visually

impaired
is 24/7 for the majority and as such is not an "emergency" !!!

Well the 0.0001% of people using the tube where that is the case, I
apologise, however stairs at some stations on the central line for starters
have "these stairs have 4,352 steps, use them only in an emergency".
