Default JLE site in Southwark Street

A lot in Redcross Way SE1 is surrounded by a delapidated hoarding covered in
LU roundels. An aerial view is at

It's directly over the JLE and was presumably purchased under that project.
It must be worth a fortune, that close to London Bridge station. So why are
LU still holding onto it and barely using it? I'm guessing that it will be
used in some way for the TL2k project. Maybe it was deliberately picked to
be in a location where it would be useful for both projects?

Or have they sold it, and the new owner has failed to remove the roundels?
