Odd to think about the present DLR platform - it stood unused for 50
years, got brought into use 20 years ago, and now is to be abandoned.

Probably says more about the usefullness (lack of) of a short bay
platform facing towards London in Stratford. How many trains terminate
there from that direction, DLR asside?
