Default London Underground - London Assembly Transport Policy Committee Chair responds

You may be interested to know that the chair of the London Assembly
Transport Policy Committee and part of emergency talks which took place on
Friday on the London Underground, Lynne Featherstone, has responded to my
post on my blog http://london-underground.blogspot.com and gave us a very
long reply in the comments for October 23rd.

The only problem was that it was so long, it's actually been cut off! I've
emailed her to let her know, but she's away until next Thursday so she will
hopefully get back then.

Lynne's reply is he

Anyway, now that we have Lynne's attention with this blog, perhaps you would
also like to make comments and questions and we'll start getting some
answers.

We don't have to sit down and just moan about the tube and it's possible to
get politicians to listen, even if they may not act too quickly.

My friend posting to the comments, Mecca Ibrahim, is also definitely going
to be on AskKen on Carlton TV - the recording is on Tuesday but it will be
shown on Thursday 30th October on ITV1 in the Carlton region at 7.30pm, so
if you have a question that you think she should ask Ken Livingstone - this
comments area is also a good place for it

Once again thanks for your support and help.

Annie
